Cancellation policy

Every listing shows its cancellation policy before you pay, and the booking panel shows the exact date and time free cancellation ends for your dates.

Chauffeur and airport transfers

• Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup.
• After that, 50% is refunded.
• Within 3 hours of pickup, or if nobody shows, the booking is not refundable.

Apartments

• Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in.
• After that, the first night is charged and the rest is refunded.
• Stays in December are non-refundable because demand is so high.

Luxury cars, private jets and experiences

• These are supplied by licensed partners, and each quote shows the partner's own terms before you pay.
• Deposits secure the booking and follow those terms.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or mobile money wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
