Terms of service

These terms apply when you book through this website. By booking you agree to them.

1. Who we are

We arrange chauffeured transport and apartment stays that we operate ourselves, and we act as booking agent for luxury cars, private flights and experiences supplied by licensed partners.

2. Bookings and payment

• Prices are shown in full before you pay, including taxes and fees.
• A booking is confirmed only when your payment succeeds. Until then, the vehicle or apartment is held for a short time and then released.
• Corporate invoice bookings are confirmed when our team approves them.

3. Chauffeur service

• Hire periods, overtime, fuel and trips outside Greater Accra follow the rules shown on each listing.
• The vehicle is used for the destinations agreed at booking. Changes can be arranged with the concierge.

4. Apartments

• Guests must provide identification before check-in, as Ghanaian law requires.
• A refundable security deposit may be held and is released after inspection.
• House rules on each listing are part of these terms.

5. Partner services

For luxury cars, private flights and experiences, your contract for the service itself is with the licensed operator. We act as your booking agent, and the operator's terms are shown before payment.

6. Cancellations and refunds

See the cancellation policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Liability

We take care to choose vetted drivers and partners. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
