Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to arrange your trip, and we protect it. We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email and phone, to confirm bookings and reach you on the day.
• Booking details: dates, addresses and flight numbers, to deliver the service.
• Identity documents for apartment stays, as the law requires. We keep them only as long as needed.
• Payment confirmations from our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To arrange and support your bookings, to send confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and, if you agree, to tell you about offers. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the people who deliver your trip: your chauffeur, the apartment team, licensed partner operators for their services, and payment providers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and staff accounts use two-step verification.
